"The room was fine for my children and I. We were at the hotel for 5 days and never did they come to clean the room. they had posted that they clean every 3 days but they never came to our room. We had to track someone down to get clean towels. I took my kids to the pool and when my child went to use the restroom there was vomit all over the toilet. "The Rocky Gap Overlook was a wonderful place to stay. We had friends meet us from out of town and there was more than enough space for all of us! Any occasional issue we had (which were very few) was quickly taken care of by management within the hour. They responded to our messages within minutes! We loved this place so much and we would definitely stay here again!"
