"We wish we had a washer and dryer in the apartment. The living room couch was very uncomfortable. But overall thank you for letting us rent. Note: there was no dishwasher soap here except for one run. We did rinse the dishes as we left but they will need soap added to another run."

"Jim is the best host ever. Property was well stocked with everything you could ask for - I’ve stayed at well over 2 dozen VRBO’s and Jim really goes out of his way to make sure you will have everything you need. Spices, coffee, tons of towels, cleaning supplies, nice wine glasses, pamphlets about all of the local wineries and attractions, great WiFi and TV’s, great views, and just a few miles from Benton City. Couldn’t recommend this place enough."

"This was the perfect place for me and three friends to stay for 6 days in wine country. The sunsets from the porch are outstanding and the house is conveniently located to many great wineries and the interstate. This house was very comfortable (beds, sofa, chairs, etc), with great accommodations, and a fantastic kitchen. We were very happy and if (when?) we return to the Red Mountain area, we will definitely stay here again."

"Very neat and clean. They asked me if I needed housekeeping on my room and I said they don’t have to but they went out of their way to do it anyway. The pool and hot tub are open 24/7 and there’s hardly anyone in it so I was able to enjoy it in private. Free breakfast every morning and free coffee and tea all day long. I really have nothing bad to say about my stay. "
