"We stayed in a 4 bed room - clean and spacious bathroom, with a bath. Secure bike storage and only a few mins walk to attractions. Recommended!"

"Convenient location, the staff was very helpful too! The rooms were spacious enough, and the layout really worked for two people. I noticed there was dirty cutlery and dishware in the room when we checked in. I placed the cutlery aside so it would get taken away/replaced each day, but it would end up back next to the coffee maker, and was not getting replaced. This was a bit disappointing, but we otherwise had a nice stay."

"** READ & AVOID THIS HOTEL ** We have stayed there many times but now never again. Definitely not a 4 star hotel! The disgusting lack of cleanliness in the room was our main issues. We went to sleep in the bed, we noticed there was no sheet, when we pulled back the fitted sheet it was stained! There was approximately 6 or 7 different stains on the sheet! We complained they sent up cleaning staff & she went to put the new fitted sheet on it also was also stained. Nobody is bothering to check if...

"Extremely convenient, but a short walk from Leiden Centraal station, just watch out for the bicycles. The path to the rooms feels early bordello: thick purple carpet with pink lighting and deep blue walls. That said, my room was large, clean and modern. While the deep blue walls were not what I would pick, the separate toilet was tastefully finished, the shower bigger than most with new rain shower and shower head.
