"We were unable to find the property initially. Then with the size of my vehicle, were unable to find any suitable parking. We ended up getting a hotel room. I should’ve done my due diligence before hand. Lesson learned. I wish it would’ve worked out better because it’s a very nice looking property."

"We had a wonderful time during our stay here. Everything was comfortable and clean. Our only complaint was the very rude next door neighbor leaving nasty notes on one of the vehicles. Due to the snow it was hard to tell where to park at and one vehicle was a little too far over on the first night of the trip. Aside from the unpleasant Karen, the condo was cozy and perfect for our little group of 4. It was close to everything downtown, and had everything we needed. "

"Leaving this 2 star review is hard for me. Thursday-Saturday the downstairs beer & wine bar turns into a club. Thursday is Karaoke that goes until about 11:30pm. Friday & Saturday is club music that goes until about 1am. You can absolutely 100% hear the music in the bedrooms… the bass is bumpin’. "Brand new home, great beds, open concept, huge windows with a view, great appliances if youre going to cook, close to town but secluded. We've always had one issue with Ruidoso as a mountain town - the lack of water. This place is unique in that you get a mountain and lake view. The owner was very responsive - we had an outside light blinking and he responded to my text in 5 minutes and had the light fixed pronto. "We spent 16 nights at the Juniper Apts. The property was basically as advertised. I wish there had been a little more attention to detail with cleaning, but there was nothing major. There was a plumbing issue, during our stay, and the bathroom ceiling had to be repaired. It took over the course of 3 days, but it was completed. We had to ask for enough bath towels for both of us to shower, but we did get them. The laundry onsite was a bonus! We would recommend this property-good for short or long...

"This was my second stay at this property. It had snowed a bit that morning, and someone had already cleaned off the entry for us. The condo is very clean, and they provided plenty of towels and even a couple of washing machine pods. Everything is in good working order. Convenient location. Great layout -- so nice to have two full bathrooms. Reasonable price. Loved sitting on the back deck to have coffee and watching the wild horses, deer and elk wander by. So quiet and peaceful! "
