"The hotel is just 1 minute from Hwy 10, but there was no road noise. I very much appreciated the quiet full night sleep. It is a clean, although older, motel. They allow dogs and there is a nice walking path just outside the hotel. (See photo) The only thing nearby is a Denny’s. We didn’t have breakfast there but we were told that with your hotel keycard you can get 15% off. "

"My mom and I came from Texas to host a baby shower and stayed at the Bird House—it was the perfect getaway. The home is beautifully decorated, solidly built, and very peaceful. My mom, who keeps odd hours and is hard of hearing, loved it, and I couldn’t hear her at all from upstairs!When she accidentally locked herself out, Stacy responded right away and was so kind and helpful.One thing to note: my 6’4” husband hit his head on the ceiling going up the stairs—charming old house, but not built with tall folks in mind!"
