"The pool and hot tub were excellent. Beds were average to above average. King-size bed is really a Queen. Comfortably sleeps 10 upstairs and 11downstairs. Living room furniture is ready for replacement along with the patio chairs. It was fun being able to get 8 chairs around the table for food and games. Appliances, kitchen items and linens were perfect. Loved having a good washing machine and dryer. Overall, loved being there. Would love to stay there again sometime."

"The house has an open concept, easy to talk with others. The games were very much enjoyed, we had rain so kept the adults and kids entertained. Bedrooms are great. It is a beautiful house that is much bigger than it appears!!"

"We have owned a rental property before and understand the work it takes to do a job well done. This home had everything we could have hoped for. My husband and kids were especially fond of the paddle boat, dock for our boat, private beach area, beach toys and fire pit. We are an active family and enjoy cooking our own meals. The kitchen was well stocked and had great supplies. Well worth the price."

"Loved the new hot tub and all the nice little touches throughout the home. Fully stocked toiletries and the snacks and refreshments were above and beyond what we see in most VRBOs. The hot tub was brand new and proved to be most relaxing on a cool spring evening. We didn't expect this added feature as it was added after we booked. Owner was very responsive and professional. If we're ever in the area again, despite having only one bathroom, we'd definitely stay again."
