"Our hosts, Brent and Sarah, were terrific! They responded very promptly, assisted us with specific requests to support accommodations for our 16 month old twin grandsons & supplying a griddle & crockpot for us to use. The home was immaculate! The beds and bathrooms were terrific and the home was very spacious. We enjoyed the pool, pickleball courts and putting green. The landscaping was excellent and the neighborhood was very nice. We went for walks as well. Our family had a wonderful time at the home & especially enjoyed the Omaha Zoo. Great dining at Ooh De Lally for dinner and breakfast at Good Lookin’! "
"We rented this house for an annual reunion with our adult kids and their families, We were all very comfortable. Note that the air conditioning worked great! The kitchen was good for preparing meals. Our grandkids enjoyed the games. The outdoor area was beautiful and secluded. Probably the only thing we slightly disliked was having to back down the driveway onto the street, but there was plenty of parking. We had a great time - thank you."
"Went to Omaha for a family getaway to the zoo. The house was an easy 15 minute drive, which was much appreciated after a long hot day. The basement was amazing; cool temperature (crazy hot outside), the theater screen/sound system was unbelievable. We struggled to connect the tv to stream movies, but the owners were quick to respond to my text and called to walk me through how to connect. We were able to use the sunroom on our last day, which was a bonus. Unfortunately it was too hot to enjoy the outdoor furniture and tv, but what an amazing option. The street traffic is busy and lots of roadwork going on, so the off street parking was a major plus. Overall, I would definitely book again. It was the perfect weekend getaway house for my family. "
"Charming home. Beds were comfortable & home was clean. The master suite upstairs was hot when we got there, but we were able to get the window a/c unit going so by the time we went to bed that night it was cooled down & was able to keep it cool the whole time we were there. I’d recommend checking that room as soon as you get there so you have a couple of hours to cool it off if needed. There’s a small side yard and table and chairs on the back patio that were nice too. The driveway is steep - like the listing says - but we were fine pulling in and out in our van. The Main Street of Benson was fun and there’s a cute ice cream shop across the street and down a short alley. Overall nice stay in historic Benson! "
