"Cool, clean room and amenities although one of the cups had a dried up milk residue on check in but was got replacement right away. Love the breakfast choice."

"Hotel was very accommodating and clean! Bed was super big. Only issue was our fridge was broke so didn't keep anything cold and I don't think the air con worked but thankfully it wasn't a major issue. The fridge worked in my friends rooms so we used theirs. One thing I would say is that there is no kettle but reception gladly gave us hot water when we needed. I think an addition of a kettle in rooms could be good! If I visit Rotterdam again I would probably stay here again, it was very good location and had great transport options and food. Thankyou!"

"Very confusing on arrival as I didnt realise the hotel entrance was inside a shopping centre, but once inside, it was really convenient for everything we needed."

"I didn’t want to leave! It was fairly quiet on the 3rd floor even with a lively bar downstairs. But even with some noise it quieted down in the evening (I sometimes sleep with earplugs in and I didn’t have to unless I fell asleep in the afternoon)"
