"The car park was horrendous, Curtain at the window was difficult to use as the rail was broken so had to use the shutter for privacy but even that was hard to use, the bed was comfortable and clean"

Le gros souci est que nous sommes arrivés un dimanche et qu'il n'y a pas de réception ce jour là, ni après 18h le reste de la semaine.Il y a une boîte à clés mais le code est envoyé la veille par mail, parti dans les spams et par SMS, jamais reçu. J'ai donc dû réserver dans un autre établissement pour la nuit et ce n'est pas pris en compte par mon entreprise... Le lundi, la réceptionniste m'appelle pour me demander pourquoi je n'ai pas récupéré mes clés la veille....
