This authentic vacation home with pool welcomes you to the hinterland of Zadar.



Spend a relaxing vacation in this practical, detached stone house with an outbuilding and space for a large family. Equipped with everything you need to feel at home and take a relaxing break from everyday life, you can spend convivial hours cooking and eating or enjoying the sun and swimming by the pool in the courtyard.



Enjoy the idyllic countryside and go for walks and bike rides to escape city life. The nearest beach is in Donji, on the Karin Sea, and not far away you can visit the remains of the Liburnian-Roman settlement of Asserie. The city of Zadar is also worth a visit, offering historical and cultural sights as well as many summer events. Excursions to the national parks of Paklenica, Krka, Plitvice Lakes, Kornati and Vrana Lake are also recommended.

Wer es gerne urig, rustikal und gemütlich mag ist hier genau richtig.

Wer es gerne urig, rustikal und gemütlich mag ist hier genau richtig. Gleichzeitig ist die Küche top ausgestattet. Vom riesigen Kühlschrank bis zur Eiswürfelmaschine und sämtlichen kleineren Küchenhilfen ist alles da. Wir sind schon immer Ferienhaus Urlauber gewesen und können dadurch gut vergleichen. Es war alles da was auch nur im entferntesten braucht. Sogar die Messer waren scharf. Das ist meistens das größere Problem. Es gibt in jedem Raum eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Der Außenbereich ist auch sehr großzügig und bietet viele gemütliche Ecken. Das Problem mit den Wespen und der Spinnen ( ähnlich der Hauswinkelspinne ) hat man auch in Deutschland. Wir konnten den Pool viel nutzen. Aber am besten fanden wir die herzlichen und aufmerksamen Gastgeber. Vorgekühltes Wasser ….und immer wieder erkundigt wie’s uns geht. Das hatten wir noch nie. Wir empfehlen es absolut weiter
