Benitses is a lovely, friendly little town just south of Corfu Town on the eastern shore of Corfu. The beaches here aren't sandy (head to the western side of the island for that) but the water is clear and cool and just right for swimming and snorkeling.

"Gorgeous secluded spot close to Kalami beach and 2 doors down from Domitris Taverna - the best restaurant we visited in the area! The house has everything you need, feels homey, and has the best view around. Only a 20 min walk to the beach or if you're up for a short hike there is a short cut to the beach that takes about 5 mins. One of the best trips we've done in ages, would thoroughly recommend"

While removed from the hustle bustle of the town below, everything is still within close proximity- beautiful hikes along the coast, delicious food at local tavernas and endless panaramas. "The villa is very well maintained and managed and the sea (and a very quiet beach) is literally feet away from the bottom garden date. Plenty of good restaurants within easy travelling distance and the walk into Kassiopi is pretty easy. Caroline is a gem who was more than happy to help with restaurant bookings and taxi's and general advice on things to do (and not to do!)"

"A very nice house, clean and spatious. The kitchen has everything that is needed. The beds. It is quiet and there is a nice view onto the sea. Plenty of excellent ttaverns nearby. The host are very nice and helpful."

"This Villa has an amazing pool and grounds which were idyllic. The town is a short walk away, and we did not need a hire car. We used a taxi for a day out in Corfu town. We were treated like returning friends. Nothing was too much trouble, and everyday we received a little food treat. Our hosts very discreetly acted in the background to keep everything in order. Would most highly recommend 😊"
