"Bella Vista is a very friendly, clean and well run property. The staff is so nice and I was travelling for the first time as a single parent, but felt completely safe and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is well organised and the food tweaked daily. Every taxi the staff organised for us arrived on time, was smart and had a friendly and knowledgeable driver. "The staff told us that we were not all inclusive because we didn’t pay enough when we proved how much we paid they then agreed, this was 24 hours into the holiday where we had been served as all Inclusive already. Staff were rude and very unhelpful Hotel was very very basic "
