"A great xmas break in the best area of Spain. Pool heated to 29 degrees, absolutely perfect. Lovely views all day and sun from morning until it leaves you the most stunning sunsets. Underfloor heating in villa was lovely. A great break and thanks to Utz and Natasha for everything. Thank you "

"Very nice villa with a lovely swimming pool and outside space. Also great flexibility in having a separate, self-contained apartment for my 19 year old daughter and her boyfriend. Louis and Valerie were great hosts and were very attentive to our everyday needs. My only complaint is that the hot tub/jacuzzi did not work reliably. Valerie and Louis tried to fix it a number of times, but any success was only short-lived. Other than that, a lovely villa and a lovely holiday"

"The villa is perfectly situated with spectacular views down to Cala Moraig, yet only two minutes walk from the Pepe la Sal supermarket. We booked for 8 weeks in the winter months (Jan/Feb). The sun room was a particular highlight for us, together with breakfasts in the dining room with its panoramic view. Heating is via air conditioning units, rather than the radiators, but a generous electricity allowance is included in the rent. There is a good restaurant within walking distance, and more in...

"A lovely villa. Spotlessly clean. Owners met us on arrival and showed us around. Villa is on an urbanisation with a shop and restaurant very close by. Thoroughly enjoyed our week."

"Great little villa with everything you’d need. Peaceful Area but only 10/15 minutes by car to both Moraira and Javea. Supermarket and pharmacy about a 4 minute walk. Lovely pool, air con throughout, comfy beds, decent size fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher etc."
