Pros: 15 minutes off the motorway from Alicante or Valencia, you find this fantastic villa situated over a hill-top in the small holiday urbanisation, Cumbre del Sol. With a marvellous 180 degrees view over-looking the Mediterranean Sea from the pool, balcony and frontgarden terrace, this is the place to be if you want sheer relaxation and peace! Car is a must-have, but with a maximum half hour drive, you can enjoy the beaches or pleasant restaurants in Denia, Javea/Xabia, Moraira, Altea or Calp/Calpe. You can also visit the local beach down-hill which is reachable by car within 5-10 minutes - for the ones wanting a good walk in the sun, this is a very steep down-hill experience, but definitely doable if you are fit. This house is absolutely good value for money if you want a peaceful holiday outside some of the nasty tourist cities like Benidorm. We had a fantastic stay, and can only recommend the house!!!

Pros: Me, my whife, our two boys and our daughter with her boyfriend and their 2 year old baby spent 10 days at the house. The house was fantastic and lived up to all of our expectations. Very well equipped house with great facilities. Great garden furniture and sun loungers. Access to the sun all day, divided into front and back of the house. Nice plants and a cosy enviroment in front of the house. Very nice pool and a magical view of the ocean. Must have car, as it is a short (but too far) distance to the beach, but if you have a car, the house is a great starting point for most locations. Several beaches within short drive. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Shop just down the street for the most necessary things is a plus. We were there at the beginning of July, that was hot. A great little sea breeze ensured that it was not too hot. Magical. Very friendly owners and contactpersons in Spain. House was very clean when ve arrived. One thing is for certain, this house we will visit again (if they will have us :-) Thanks for a great holiday.

Die Lage ist traumhaft mit 180 Grad Meerblick. Die Villa ist wie beschrieben, aber mit deutlichen Gebrauchs- und Abnutzungsspuren. Die Küche müsste dringend ausgetauscht werden und die alten Fenster sorgen für eine Zwangsentlüftung. Betten waren in Ordnung und es war alles notwendige vorhanden. Wir haben uns insgesamt aber wohl gefühlt und konnten die Woche sehr genießen. Trotzdem würden wir das Haus in den Wintermonaten nicht wieder buchen.

Pros: La piscina y la situación en sí de la misma Cons: La humedad que hay en las habitaciones y en el baño de la habitación de matrimonio. Los insectos y bichos que entran en la casa por falta de mosquiteras en todas las ventanas. Las camas y almohadas tampoco son muy cómodas y hay lámparas que no funcionan por estar las bombillas fundidas. La televisión no la puedes ver en español.

Pros: Voor de maand oktober ligt het huis ongunstig in situaties van regen en mist. Het is op de locatie van de woning aanzienlijk kouder dan in lager gelegen plekken in de omgeving. Voor de zomermaanden is de locatie wel een voordeel. Verder constateerden wij een aanzienlijke lekkage in 1 van de badkamers bij een hevige regenbui. Dit deed afbreuk aan het comfort. Voor de rest een prima woning.

Pros: Een mooie villa gesitueerd tegen een berghelling . Bij helder weer konden wij ook inderdaad Ibiza zien liggen. De villa is voorzien van alle comfort en ook gezellig ingericht : kortom,het geeft een echt gevoel van thuis zijn ! Ook aan de tuin wordt blijkbaar zorg besteed . Wij hebben genoten ! Een aanrader !

Pros: Prachtig ligging van de villa. Geweldig uitzicht. Nadeel je kunt moeilijk wat wandelen omdat er grote hoogteverschillen zijn. Wij hadden 2 weken een auto gehuurd. Dat is absoluut noodzakelijk. Verder is het uitstekend bevallen in deze zeer goed ingerichte villa. (TV met alle nederlandse zenders en wifi )

Pros: Villa is mooi gebouwd tegen een berghelling. Staat echter altijd wind. Hier zijn bij het zwembad geen voorzieningen getroffen tegen de wind. Op het terras achter is geen enkele zonwering en dus snel te heet. Voorste terras is mooi en groot echter hier ontbreekt het ook aan een goede zonwering. Keuken is zwaar over de datum en ruikt muf. Bedden zijn goed.

Pros: Prachtig huis met een geweldig uitzicht, netjes verzorgd. In de winterperiode in de avonden wat koud vanwege de ligging (hoog tegen een berg)maar overdag heerlijk weer gehad. Mooie kustlijn die in deze periode gelukkig niet al te druk is. Je hebt zeker een auto nodig om bij alle plaatsjes en voorzieningen te komen

Pros: Excellente prestation. Aucun soucis à déplorer. Appréciable logistique sur place, le couple assurant la maintenance étant compétent et très chaleureux. En sus des plages, du voisinage montagneux et du soleil, notre chien s'en est donné à coeur joie sur tous les chemins blancs du secteur. Le secteur de la villa est super calme, repos assuré. Seul bémol, la plage la plus proche est en galets (avec des problèmes de stationnements), mieux vaut aller à celle de Moreira qui n'est qu'à 7 Kms (avec un immense parking à 200 mètres de la plage).

Pros: Maison conforme au descriptif (j'ai un doute sur la superficie) Seul le salon est climatisé mais les chambres situées au niveau inférieur sont fraîches (23°c lorsqu'il fait plus de 30°c dehors) La vue est très agréable, on se baigne face à la mer mais en contrepartie la voiture est obligatoire pour rejoindre les commerces / plages / activités Très bon suivi sur place par Annette (remise des clefs, solutions pour de petits problèmes, piscine nettoyée 2 fois lors de notre séjour) Délicate attention des propriétaires : quelques boissons fraîches et régionales au frais à notre arrivée ... Après une longue route depuis la France nous avons grandement apprécié En résumé, maison à recommander et propriétaires très sérieux

Pros: Et meget skønt hus med fantastisk udsigt og dejlige teressar. Området er velegnet til både afslapning, vandreture samt badning. Ca. 2 km væk skøn strand (sten) - ca. 5 km dejlige sandstrande. Lækker restaurant i gåafstand med panoramaudsigt. Bil er en nødvendighed synes vi, og selvom vi er vant til at cykle vil jeg ikke anbefale at leje cykler, da der er meget stejlt.

Pros: Prima locatie en mooie woning met fantastisch uitzicht, vaker in Benitachell geweest en dit was onze 3de woning hier. Deze keer laat geweest ( september / oktober 3 week ) en het enige verschil t.o.v. De vorige keren hier was dat we nu aan de oost kant van de berg zaten en dan is de zon na 17.00 verdwenen maar de temperaturen waren zeer aangenaam. Het huis is prima en functioneel ingericht, verwacht geen design maar alles werkte naar behoren en het contact bij eventuele vragen verloopt zeer soepel en gemoedelijk. Auto is een must op deze plek .

Das Haus liegt ruhig in ca. 300 Metern über der Küste an einem Steilhang. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Ebenen, die durch Steile Treppen unterteilt sind. Vom Hauseingang bis zum Pool sind es über 30 Stufen. Für ältere Gäste, oder behinderte Gäste nicht empfehlenswert. Insgesamt ist das Haus, das Grundstück, Mobiliar, Duschen usw. schwer in die Jahre gekommen. Geschätzt über 30 Jahre. Der Pool ist o.k.,die Terrasse sehr klein und ab ca.15:00 Uhr im Schatten.Die Poolreinigung fand in 3 Wochen 2,5 mal statt. Das geht überhaupt nicht.Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig aber alt und ohne Seele,oder Liebe zum Detail.Eine Aussendusche gibt es nicht, auch keinen Grill. Garten ist nicht vorhanden, nur ein ungepflegter verwilderter Steilhang.Garage o.k., aber offen mit Tor.Insgesamt einmal und NIE wieder !!!
