Spectacular views and sunsets from the terrace...

Relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the views from the private terrace! This clean, modern apartment has everything you could wish for and is great for both winter and summer sun. The apartment is situated on the upper road in Montecala and has open rustic views to the front and a sea view from the end of the road. Parking is available right outside and there are only a couple of steps to the apartment. The private, shared pools are not far away but far enough not to hear any noise. There is a small children's play area by the top pool. There are lovely beaches, coves and natural parks to explore, all nearby.

Cumbre del Sol is located between the coastal towns of Moraira and Jávea which are close by. This is a residential area and the local Cumbre beach (Moraig) is just a few minutes drive away. Another cove (Llebeig) is accessible only by foot (or boat) from the bottom of Montecala. On the way down to the pebble and sand beach at Moraig there is a bar/restaurant called Dreamsea (with glamping) serving food and drinks throughout the summer (with occasional live music). The local supermarket, pharmacy and restaurant are just a few minutes drive away too. The restaurant La Cumbre is highly recommended for the food, service and views. Please note there is a new one way and parking system for the beach at Moraig.

There is tennis, Padel tennis, boules (petanca) and horse riding available at Cumbre del Sol. If you want to play golf, there are several excellent courses nearby (Jávea and Ifach). There are lovely sandy beaches at El Portet, Moraira and Jávea and numerous cafés and restaurants too. A local tram (L9) can take you to Denia in one direction and Altea and beyond in the other. Highly recommended (and reasonably priced) for all ages - just park at Teulada station and enjoy the ride and scenery whichever way you decide to go.

The apartment is fully equipped with a Smart TV (many channels from various European countries including the UK; access to Netflix through your own personal log in details) air conditioning, terrace furniture, BBQ, free fibre optic Wi-Fi and internet. A DISHWASHER means you can really relax and enjoy your holiday! A cleaning/linen/towel charge of £90 will be included in the booking.

There is a parasol to use on the terrace if required but it is important never to leave a parasol unattended as the wind can pick up from nowhere at any time and if damaged, the cost of replacement may be deducted from the deposit.

An airer, washing line and pegs are provided for drying towels and any washing.

A travel cot, high chair and buggy are available if there is a baby coming (please enquire for details).

We loved this apartment and the whole Moraira area. Great for families or couples. The beaches are small and rugged nestling at the foot of mountains. The views are magnificent from Casa Aliza, which is on the edge of an upmarket residential area. The local restaurants serve every kind of wonderful food, there are nature walks from the apartment but if you want to explore further afield lovely towns are just a short drive away. You do need a car for this area but it's really worth it. Would definitely recommend.

The place was very clean and had everything anyone would need to have an enjoyable stay The views are spectacular The two communal pools are the very best I have experienced Guests need a car and sat nav. Cumbre is not the easiest place to navigate hence the need for satnav The local beaches at El Portet , Moraira and the Arsenal in Javea are each worth a visit Good tv reception and prompt excellent communication with owners

This is a very well equipped apartment with fantastic mountain views. We especially liked how calm and quiet the neighborhood was in comparison with other areas in the València region that we’ve visited during the years. Note: you will spend a lot of time driving when staying in Cumbre del sol. If you want an ice cream or a beer you’ll need to drive for 10-15 min. If you’re ok with that, then this is the place to book because of the fantastic nature.

Schitterend uitzicht. Appartement prima. Ligging: eerste week slecht weer en dan is de ligging vrij geïsoleerd. Weg ernaartoe is steil omhoog. Eindje wandelen is niet te doen, als je minder mobiel bent.

El apartamento esta bien, pero necesita muchas mejoras, el aire acondicionado de la habitación gotea constantemente cuando se pone en marcha, cuando conectamos la tostadora saltaba el automático, no encontramos con la barbacoa muy sucia y tuve que limpiarla yo para poder usarla, había un cajón de uno de los muebles que no pudimos usar por estar roto, el cajón del jabón de la lavadora estaba roto y no podíamos abrirlo, se termino el butano y para cambiar la bombona tuve que quitar la puerta del horno porque presionaba la puerta. Nos indicó un vecino que no podíamos hacer uso de la barbacoa que estaba prohibido y molestábamos. El ventanal de la terraza no tiene persiana y por la tarde da el sol y hace mucho calor. Y por ultimo, pretenden cobrar 100 libras por extra de limpieza indicando que los platos que habíamos dejado en el lavavajillas estaban sucios.

Al ser invierno, muy tranquilo, pero me sorprendió muchísimo la casa. Acogedora, con todo lo necesario, incluso con algunos detalles que otras casas no tienen, como especias para cocinar, sal , ...etc. Excelente calidad precio, en una zona extraordinaria . Gracias

Séjour très agréable dans cet appartement qui propose tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer de bonnes vacances. La vue depuis la terrasse est à couper le souffle et l'accès aux piscines à proximité est un gros plus. Nous avons également profité de la plage de Moraira qui est à 10 mn en voiture. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Casa Aliza. Wir können es zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Appartement war sehr sehr, der Pool war ein Highlight für unsere Kinder. Die Umgebung ruhig. Wir freuen uns auf nächstes mal.

Der Urlaub in dem schönen Apartment von Liz und Alan hat uns sehr gefallen. Der Kontakt mit den beiden war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Unterkunft ist nicht nur mit allem Komfort wie Klimaanlage und Tiefkühler ausgestattet sondern bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht. Sogar Ersatzbatterien, eine Auswahl an Filmen auf DVD und ein Erste-Hilfe-Kasten finden sich in den Schränken. Alles ist sauber und ansprechend. Der Ausblick vom Balkon in die Berge ist grandios. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und so raffiniert gebaut, dass man von etwaigen Nachbarn nichts mitbekommt. Bis zum Mittag kann man gut auf dem Balkon sitzen und frühstücken, über Mittag ist es sehr heiß, aber am Abend lässt sich der Sonnenuntergang prima dort genießen. Am schönsten war für uns die Pool-Landschaft, wo wir mindestens einmal täglich unseren Urlaub und auch hier wieder den weiten Ausblick genossen haben. Ein Auto ist unverzichtbar. Durch das bergige Gelände ist wenig zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Supermarkt „Mercadona“ ist mit dem Auto nicht weit und sehr günstig. Dort haben wir Brötchen und Croissants zum Frühstück geholt. Wenig weiter ist der etwas größere „Carrefour“. Die Unterkunft können wir vorbehaltlos weiter empfehlen!

Great property in a great location and as described on website. The property was clean with good facilities and easily accessed on arrival. The stand outs were the views from the terrace and the swimming pools. Only issue for us was we were not able to connect to the advertised Wi-Fi..... But this is being very picky and would (will) stay again.

Everything about this apartment was lovely. It was clean and spacious and well equipped. The balcony was big and the views were amazing. The pool area was a very short walk and there were two pools which the children loved. Easy to find using google maps, you definitely need a car to get to local towns and beaches. The surrounding areas are very nice. We plan to come back to the same apartment next year.

Todo perfecto, casa, vistas y lugar. Estuvimos en fin de año y estuvo muy bien. Como crítica constructiva, para ser top top, faltan productos de baño, como gel. Tb recomendaría hacer algo con la ducha porque se sale el agua. Pero son detalles pequeños, lo demás de 10, con una barbacoa perfecta. Los alrededores de cine, lástima de masivas construcciones alrededor. Los dueños no los vimos pero estuvimos en contacto x email sin problemas. En fin un 10

The apartment was clean with wonderful views and Liz and Alan are wonderful to deal with - excellent communication from time of booking right through until our last day. Liz even thought of emailing to remind us of the clocks change. Our trip in October was a sightseeing holiday although the weather was superb! If you are staying here then you will definitely require a car as nothing is walking distance which was fine by us as we love driving around and exploring. This does, however, mean that you get the most beautiful view as the apartment is set at the edge of a sprawling housing estate (urbanisation)... We will definitely return.

Ein ganz wundervolles Ferienziel in Toplage, ganz oben auf dem Cumbre. Besonders genossen haben wir den abendlichen Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das Tal, sehr entspannend. Anlage verfügt über eine tolle, große Poollandschaft. Spektakulärer Ausblick auch von hier. Liegen wären schön gewesen. Haus perfekt für bis zu 6 Personen. Matratzen waren sehr gut. Sehr freundliche Eigentümer, die jederzeit ansprechbar waren. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt.

We shared the apartment with a couple of friends. The views are stunning and the apartment was perfect for our purposes in terms of location, size and ambience. It was stylish and comfortable and very practical for two couples or a family, having two bathrooms. The impressive communal swimming pools were only a short walk away and all the places we chose to visit were easily accessible by car. There are plenty of good restaurants in the locality and a wide range of shopping. Thye apartment was beautifully clean and we enjoyed a friendly welcome.

Stayed for 5wks Dec/Jan and the development is really quiet this time of year. The 3 bedroom apartment with superb inland views is well proportioned and has everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay, including gas bbq, wifi, good tv package and two nearby communal pools (closed out of season). A trail to the pretty cove of Cala Llebeig (about 25mins each way door to door) starts from the bottom of a nearby road and you can also continue from there along the cliff track to Cala Moraig (about another 45mins plus 20mins from there home) - the second bit especially is an arduous trek over difficult terrain so make sure you wear appropriate footwear as flip flops/loafers just won’t cut it and you do require a reasonable level of fitness. Excellent communication from owners.
