"Property was excellent value. Apartment was clean and spacious. Clean bedding and plenty of towels, toiletries and hairdryer in bathroom and crockery, cutlery and glasses in kitchen, there was even a Nespresso coffee machine. Balcony was huge and had the sun from mid afternoon until sunset with an incredible view across Benidorm. Access to the facilities of hotel next door was a plus: with a nice pool and bar area and terrace with tables, chairs and parasols. Only cons: Aircon wasn't very powerful, the blackout shutters had lots of gaps (due to the design) so it wasn't really dark in the bedroom and the walk uphill to get to the apartments was a bit of a workout! Overall an excellent place to stay, great value for money and we'd stay here again without hesitation"

"Room clean and location good if one was staying to get to a local beach. Only pass through for one night but was overall a good for short stay. Need a car as not much close by. Free parking around streets."

"First of all the hotel is very clean which is always the main thing I think. Rooms are spacious i booked a studio room the balcony was a decent size. Unfortunately I requested a double bed but got 2 singles but they wernt the best and would move around quite alot I fell out 1 night so requested a change but was told will see what they can do and nothing happend. walls are quite thin and can hear alot from the next rooms. On a couple of nights had lads knocking on door about 2am obviusley they had got the wrong room so just be prepared it is a lively hotel. Its clean and rooms are decent and its in a good location for the price it is what it is personally I wouldnt stay again but good if your partying with friends."

"Very big rooms. Large bathroom. Large balcony. 2 pools both very clean with lots of sun beds. Good breakfast plenty of choice. Approx 15 minute walk to the strip. Would definitely stay again."

"I would recommend this hotel, good food on all inclusive nice pool and snack bar and pools are really nice. Only downside was some of the staff are not very friendly and quite rude at times - but still had a lovely time away here"

Hotel Costa Blanca

"Great location near Port and old town, so you can walk easily anywhere. While the spacious lobbies in each floor were nicely clean and decorated, I found some strange stains on the sink inside the bedroom. Bedroom was interior (no natural light) leading to a courtyard with utilities, pipes, etc but it was painted in a way that camouflaged it all, nice touch. Probably other exterior leading rooms were bright. While some staff was very useful, the apparent manager ( maybe owner) was not, neither on the phone, nor in person, not personable or really kind. What makes me give less "points" to this hotel is this: it's pretty clear that the vast majority of people stay there to take a ferry to the islands. Those ferries are usually early. We booked breakfast, and threw the money out, could have saved 30 euros, because breakfast started incredibly late, much later than when the ferry even departed. Yes, they provided a couple items like a "picnic" to go that were not even good."
