On the first floor, accessed by a flight of two steps, there is a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, a second bedroom with double bed and air conditioning. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a living room with decorative fireplace and air conditioning. Going up the internal stairs we reach the upper floor which has a bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with bathtub.

With 900 m2 of plot the villa has a swimming pool with beautiful open views to the sea and stairs to access inside, a hammock area for sunbathing, a covered terrace with a table to eat and dine outside, and a portable BBQ.
