Located in Moraira, this serene villa with 3 bedrooms offers wonderful views of the ocean and is perfect for a group of 6 people or families with children to stay comfortably. There is a private swimming pool to enjoy a refreshing dip during the stay

You can explore the impressive inland region of the Costa Blanca. The magnificent scenery of the Jalon Valley at 20 km is breathtaking. Benissa and Gata de Gorgos are at 20 km to admire Spanish living and food and Terra Mitica, the largest amusement park of Spain can be reached at 30 km. Enjoy the sunset and let your kids play in the beach at 900 m. You can find restaurants and supermarket at a short distance of 2 km.

There is air conditioning and heating to keep you cosy or cool as you wish. Enjoy home -cooked meals and relax in the living-dining room watching TV. The barbecue on the terrace is a perfect finish for your exciting day. Kids have a cot and high chair to use.

Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist zu jeder Tageszeit wunderschön. Umgeben von anderen Häusern befinden Sie sich in einer belebten, aber ruhigen Gegend. Die Lage des großzügigen Grundstücks bietet Ihnen ausreichend Privatsphäre. Das Haus war sauber und der Empfang war freundlich. Der Garten erfordert etwas Pflege, aber der Swimmingpool macht das mehr als wett. WLAN ist stabil und schnell genug für mehrere Personen gleichzeitig. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist mehr als vollständig. Es gibt sogar neue Batterien für die Fernbedienung. Wir haben 2 Wochen genossen! Der Strand von Moraig gefiel uns nicht so gut, er war aufgrund der Menschenmassen schwer zu erreichen, was auch das Parken erschwerte, gefolgt von einem beträchtlichen Abstieg. Das Meer war wild und der Strand nicht sehr groß. Geschäfte und Restaurants 10 Autominuten entfernt. Die Straßen sind gut, aber man muss ein ganzes Stück in die Berge fahren. Wenn Sie also Höhenangst haben, ist das vielleicht nicht ratsam. Empfohlen!
