"Bonjour Pour commencer parlons de la situation, qui pour moi est excellente. Le quartier de la fustera est superbe et proche des calas. La maison est donc idéalement placée, et dans la globalité correct quoique vieillote mais propre. La piscine idem et bien ensoleillé. Le point négatif est le jardin, celui du bas est a l abandon et celui du haut ne correspond plus aux photos proposées. Le pin est rasé et idem pour un palmier donc moins d'hombre. La maison de devant est a l'abandon donc pas beau"

"Wir haben keine Nacht darin verbracht, da es wirklich sehr klein ist - die Bilder gaukeln da was vor - und die Lage in einer Senke ist, wo sich gegenüber auch noch Abfall türmt. Wir fühlten von Beginn weg, dass wir da nicht übernachten möchten. Die Vermieter haben uns einen Teil der Kosten (Reinigungsgebühr) zurückbezahlt. Die Vermieter waren sehr offen und haben unsere Kritik entgegen genommen. Empfehlen können wir das Bungalow daher nicht."

The pool area could be fantastic but is not cared for as there are weeds growing throughout the paved area. The pool itself is a good size but also could do with some work around the edges. The interior of the house could do with all new furniture and a clean up of paintwork all round. The kitchen and main toilet are good but the ensuite in the double room needs work.
