The property is very well equipped and in an excellent location, very quiet and only a short way to the beach or shops to the South, with great access to the motorway or mountains to the North out of Benissa. "The house is very well located near a small nice rocky beach and towns and restaurants are not far away (but you need a car). The restaurant at the beach is lovely and you can walk there (we also loved burgers at Dirty Burgers nearby). The house is very well equipped with a lot of bathrooms, 3 kitchens and has everything you need for a perfect holiday with a large family. Airconditioning in all the rooms and a really lovely outside kitchen, this was our favorite place for the long warm evenings....

"Christine and Jacques are lovely hosts and very helpful. We stayed for 2 weeks July/August 2024. Sea View villia is well equipped for a very homely stay. The area is tranquil and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future."
