Casa Sophie is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, private villa is situated near Moraira, Benissa, and Calpe in the area of Fanadix. It has a fabulous, elevated location with sea views and sleeps up to 6 people.
It has air conditioning, an outdoor kitchen and sparkling new private swimming pool, and newly renovated bathrooms for the 2025 Summer season.


This fully equipped property comes with air con, WI-FI, TV, and a washing machine for guests’ use.

The Space:
Casa Sophie is your home from home, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and stunning outdoor space to soak up the Spanish sunshine. The brand new swimming pool is a sleek, modern and the perfect place to cool off. There are sea views and a small roof top terrace to enjoy.

There is a large lounge, with AC, WIFI and a smart TV, plus a washing machine for guests use.

It is suitable for families, but sadly not pets in this property or smoking inside. It is located a short drive from the ever popular Moraira (7 Minutes away) and Calpe is within easy reach too.

Guest Access:
On a quiet, slightly elevated residential street there is off road parking behind electric gates. Directly outside you will find additional on street parking.
