The health and safety of our guests are a priority. In light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.

Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV, and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchen. If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.

This cozy and well-furnished villa is located in Montemar by Benissa coast. It enjoys a variety of restaurants, bars and a beautiful cove called “ Baladrar”. Everything within less than 5 min. drive. To enhance the holiday experience, you also find a golf course nearby. This location has become very popular due to its great convenience and its calm and sophisticated atmosphere, perfect for families and couples.

The villa offers parking spots for 2 cars that follow with a beautiful spacious terrace with a private swimming pool together with sunbeds and a BBQ area, all surrounded by a Mediterranean style garden providing a high grade of privacy. From the parking, a few steps lead up to a covered veranda from which we can enjoy charming views of the sea. The entire house has central heating to bring warmth in winter.

The veranda flows into a spacious living/dining room furnished in a cozy traditional style equipped with Sat + TV and a fireplace. We follow a fully equipped kitchen and 3 twin bedrooms, all three with air conditioning and sharing a bathroom. The proximity to the main hotspots and its high level of privacy next to the cozy swimming pool will provide an excellent holiday experience.
