The health and safety of our guests is a priority. In the light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.

Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blanket after checkout are already our standard.

The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchen.

If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.


Argentario-4 is a truly exclusive property that enjoys an outstanding location overlooking the coast line and Peñon de Ifach and out to the sea. Located in a beautifully calm and sophisticated area near Moraira, this villa offers peace, comfort and privacy everywhere we look. Its convenience of being near the beach, a supermarket, restaurants and a golf course together with its breathtaking views make this the perfect holiday experience.

This villa is a two-storey holiday home. The Inside of the villa has been tastefully furnished throughout, while outside, the sun patios make the perfect place to relax and take in the views. A private swimming pool, spacious sun patio, outdoor dining area with BBQ, all surrounded by a beautiful lively Mediterranean style garden with palm trees and fruit trees will make it hard for you to leave this spot.

Argentario-4 is on the top level were we find the main living area. Entrance through the large lounge area with Sat+TV+DVD leads into a dining room, modern kitchen fully equipped. One twin bedroom with A/C and its own shower room and one double bedroom with A/C and own en-suite bathroom.
The lower level remain closed and empty during the letting period.
