Great location Linen crisp and clean, air conditioning The smell of bleach on arrival was overwhelming, think it was to mask other odours?? But only there 1 night so not sure. Air con is extremely noisy on the balcony

Pick up of the keys is not at the apartment but a few blocks away at an agency. If you haven't been there before it might be an idea to search for it online first as parking isn't easy to get during the day to collect the keys. I have used them several times before and they always seem well organised. This apartment does not have wifi which is a bit weird nowadays. You can use the wifi from the restaurants downstairs. Checking in with a lock box and keys is a lot easier, especially with the parking situation at their office.

The sofa bed kept falling apart so I couldn't use it again, it was really uncomfortable to sleep on a small sofa. The volume of the TV could hear it and could not turn the volume up. The front door lock is not very secure, the door needs to be locked twice, but the key would not lock it twice.

Very nice position

The size, the outlook, the location.the balcony. Having to do a 15 minute walk ( from the apartment) with all our luggage ( as nowhere to leave luggage as no reception area at the apartment site) to collect and drop the key off. Waiting from 11am in the morning until 4pm ( due to it being a Sunday) when the key office opened and being told the cleaner hadn't finished cleaning so waited until 5.15pm for the key. Basically losing a day waiting around with all our luggage.. apartment was nice but a lot of kitchen items were missing . Bathroom needs a cleaning toilet brush and a shower mat. Dropping the key back off late at night due to early morning pick up. We would have re-booked again if it wasn't for the key situation.

Fantastic views

Location fantastic right on the beach, easy reach to bars and restaurants, beautiful view, kitchen had everything you needed, great having a washing machine could travel light, clothes dried quickly on the balcony. Beds in bedroom not very comfortable, quite hard, but probably down to personal preference, shower cubical very small even the smallest of the group struggled and she is small, there was only 3 of us (adults) another and the space would have been quite cramped, certainly great for a couple with children.

Fabulous view

Fabulous view .apartment suitable for self catering containing electric kettle 4 ring hob , large fridge .There was a hairdryer, but brought my own since there is no detailed itinerary listed on the site .There was one broken patio chair and it is a nuisance to feel you have to report it since think booking benidorm knew about it .Beds were comfortable .Didnt try sofa bed .
