We have several 1-bedroom apartments, which offer you a clean, comfortable and careful space, with capacity for up to 4 people, it is a perfect accommodation for couples, families with children or friends who want to enjoy all that Benidorm offers.

It is located 300 m "Levante", 7 km "El Albir", 5 km from the "Villaitana" golf course, 750 m from the city "casco antiguo Benidorm", 200 m from the "local" supermarket, 54 km from the airport " Alicante", 45 km from "Alicante - Renfe" train station, 100 m from "urbano" bus station, 6 km from "Terra Mitica" amusement park, 2 km from "Acualandia" water park, 2 km " Sierra Helada", 50 m "local" and is located in a lively area close to shops and restaurants.



It has an elevator, terrace, iron, internet access (for a fee), heat pump heating, some apartments have air conditioning (optional paid service), community pool, open-air community parking in the same building, TV.



The independent kitchen, with a ceramic hob, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



Karola Apartments is a private apartment building for rent. They do not have a reception in the basement of the building. The reception is in our FINCAS ARENA office.

The community area of the building, as well as its services (swimming pool, community parking or any other type of facility or service), do not depend on us and the hours of operation and conditions of use will be as indicated by the Community of owners.



The apartments have towels and sheets, they are delivered clean at the entrance. Upon departure, they must be left clean, tidy and without rubbish (otherwise the extra cost will be deducted from the deposit).



Pets of any kind are only accepted "upon request" and must be expressly accepted in writing by us (ask us).

If there is parking and it does not indicate that it is private, then the parking is community and there is no guaranteed available space for each apartment. (You can only park one car per apartment and only if there is a space available).



They are optional services (paid), Wifi and air conditioning (if any) unless it is expressly indicated that it is included in the price.

See optional supplements when booking (some extras may have a minimum price per stay regardless of the number of nights the clients stay). Some optional services may be subject to availability from the third party provider.



Our clients have a 24-hour emergency maintenance service in the apartment through a contact telephone number (only for problems in the apartment that cannot wait until the opening time of our reception office). The misuse or abuse of this service will entail a cost for the client.



The keys are always handed over to our reception office, not in the building you have reserved, for this you have to come to Fincas Arena, if you arrive after closing the office in the afternoon or on a holiday, there will be a list in the window with the name of the clients and a telephone number to call and a person will bring the keys to the door of our office in a few minutes (if you plan to arrive after hours and notify us, they help us to organize and minimize your wait when you arrive at our office). Optionally we can bring the keys to the address of the apartment but this service has a supplement (consult).



Outside of working hours we only deliver 1 set of keys to the apartment and if you let us know that you come with a car, a remote control or access key to the parking lot, when you check-in we can give you another set of keys to the apartment.



In this case, the next morning, except Sundays and holidays, they have to go through our office to present the ID or passport of all the occupants (it is required by law).



The apartment photos shown on our website are of a typical apartment, since having several apartments in each building and being privately owned apartments, there may be variations in the type of furniture or decoration, height, views, etc., but the description services are practically the same in all.



Check-in to the apartments is at 17:00 hrs (if the apartment is clean and prepared before, the keys can be delivered before (it can suppose an extra cost).



Departure from the apartments is at 10:00 hrs (if you wish to leave later consult our staff about the possibility of a late check-out from the apartment. (Extra cost), is subject to availability until the day before departure.



For this reason, free of charge, both on the day of arrival and on the day of departure, we can store your luggage in our office (service available only during our opening hours, not on Sundays or public holidays).



In our reception office, they have tourist information, maps of the city and can hire all kinds of additional services for both the stay in the apartment and to enjoy sports, cultural and leisure day and night activities offered by the city and surroundings.

For our customers we can offer a transfer service from and to the airport or train station in Alicante or with taxi or private transport companies (VTC) or minibuses for groups. If you arrive at night or on public holidays we can have you picked up at the airport with the keys of your apartment and take you there directly.



We can also make arrangements to confirm the return transfer or print your boarding passes (service at an additional cost).



Tickets for theme parks (Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Mundomar, Aqualandia, Aquanatura), party halls, Benidorm Palace, Molino, Benidorm Circus, guided excursions to nearby villages or Valencia, car hire, electric car hire for people with reduced mobility (in some buildings we can provide an area to recharge the battery if you rent it with us, ask), diving or sports activities and contact with nature through specialized companies. Tickets to discos on special dates (especially at the end of the year).



We can offer tickets for various concerts and events that are held in Benidorm throughout the year, for this you can contact us or follow the blog we have on our website.

If you need socio-health services we have through an external provider (kangaroos, accompaniment, personal hygiene, nursing, physiotherapy, medication control, etc.).
