It is located 15 m from the supermarket, 150 m from the "Urbano" bus station, 900 m from the "Playa Levante" sand beach, 2 km from the "Estacion de autobuses" bus station, 2 km from the "Acualandia" water park, 5 km from the golf course, 8 km from the "El Albir" rock beach, 38 km from the "Alicante" train station, 50 km from the "Alicante - El Altet" airport and is located in a residential area and in the city center.

The accommodation has an elevator, garden, iron (ask for it at our office), wifi (extra service with supplement, may not be available in all apartments), tennis court, electric radiator heating, communal+children's pool (in summer season), covered parking in a nearby building (paid spaces subject to availability), TV.

The independent, electric kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

Appartement pas propre, poussière sur les meubles, ventilateur très sale, linge de lit sale, pas de connexion internet alors que c’est compris. L’agence de location nous a demandé d’aller nous mêmes à la compagnie remettre internet. Le seul point positif est l’emplacement
