De ligging is prachtig maar helaas was er totaal niets te doen in de omgeving (eerste week november 2024) Waarschijnlijk is het in de zomer wel erg druk want deze plaats staat vol met 4 etage appartementen. (geen hoogbouw) "

"Peniscola ist ein sehr schöner Urlaubsort. Die Burg und Altstadt, sowie auch die Atmonsphäre ist einmalig. Die Wohnung liegt auf einer Anhöhe. Zu Fuß ist der Strand innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu erreichen. In den Restaurants kann man sehr günstig essen. Wir waren davon sehr überrascht. Das Personal im Restaurand/Pool war sehr freundlich, sprach aber kein Deutsch. Check-in war super. Die Wohnung ist etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Fenster, Türen, Rolläden, Bad gehören sarniert. "Al entran en el apartamento nos hemos encontrado una sorpresa ingrata, ya que había cucarachas en la puerta de la cocina, hemos llamado y nos lo han solucionado cambiando de apartamento, que no estaba preparado para el alquiler, es decir tuvimos que pedir mantas y se notaba que en las esquinas había algo de suciedad. Estamos contentos con el cambio pero como esto nos hizo perder tiempo hubiésemos agradecido que nos dejarán ese mismo tiempo para salir más tarde."
