"Our stay was beyond fantastic and it wasn't because u upgraded us or whether u included BF and early check in. Of course, we appreciate every bit of it. What stood out is the proactive nature of everyone we met within Hilton and outside (car drives managed by Hilton). Prior to this I thought Trident in Mumbai set the standards. But in fact think u have surpassed them. Every one has made a great impact while we were there. Aaryan and Shivam as we checked in Annamma who was our housekeeper....
