"Seemed quite a few units to stay in on the site. We were in (we think) the main garden unit. Condition was ok, looked like they were renovating the unit up. Not many lights working in the kitchen living area so was a little dark You can't really self cater as there is no crockery or pots pans cutlery etc. everything is provided by the host - unless they are slowly getting round to sorting this out. In the middle of nowhere so nice and quiet The outside space is lovely Quite a big area to chill out in Host was really helpful and friendly "

"The carpet leading to our room smelt of dogs, our room smelt of cigarette smoke. Breakfast time was chaotic, the staff were not in control. We needed to wait for food, crockery and utensils. We later found out they were trying to cater for a coach full of people, who were also taking lots of food for their journey. Terrible, disgusting very unpleasant. We have stayed at your hotels before with no problems. "

Went over and above my expectations. Thank you to the chef for whipping up something to cater for my needs."
