You will have access to the entire house, the patio immediately behind the house, and the single car garage. The space you will be renting is on the second floor, above the garages in the pictures.

We live just a few blocks away and are available to answer any questions you may have, or help solve any issues that arise. Don't hesitate to contact us.

Bend's Westside is our favorite place to live, and this house is situated perfectly to enjoy it all. With great restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and groceries just a few blocks away, you can easily walk to almost anything you might need.
Take a stroll along the river through drake park on your way downtown, less than a mile away! Or hop on your bike and head out to the famous Phil's trail complex, less than 4 miles away. Or head up to the mountain for great skiing or snowboarding, a short 20 mile drive.
There is a Tesla wall connector available for charging, the cord is long enough that the car could be charged either in the garage or the driveway.

Once you visit you will see why Bend's westside has become the most desirable part of town. We hope to see you soon!

There are two queen beds, and one couch large enough to sleep on. The property has two houses on it. You will be staying in the front house and there is a permanent tenant in the house on the back of the lot. They are very nice, respectful and quiet. Please respect the neighbors and the city noise ordinance of no loud music after 10pm.
