This is a fantastic home. It is so beautiful and spacious. There are multiple living rooms, tons of bedrooms and bathrooms, and an incredibly large kitchen. There is easily room for a dozen people. The property is very beautiful and in a very quiet community so it almost felt like we were in the country. It is extremely close to Pine Nursery and has easy access to downtown Bend.

The fun and beautiful Royal Oak Manor greets you with a peaceful pond right out front — a perfect welcome to the super fun town of Bend, Oregon. This was a great basecamp for exploring the high desert and Crater Lake National Park. The house was large enough to accommodate our group of 11 with ease, and the kitchen was amazing — spacious, well-equipped, and easy for the whole group to use. When we return to Bend, we'll be staying here again. Amazing place!

If I could rate this place more than 5 stars I would. First off, this house has space. The photos do not show how large the rooms are. We filled the place to the 18 person limit (travel baseball team and a few parents) and we never felt cramped. The yard is also amazing and spacious. The boys were able to create a makeshift wiffle ball field for fun between between games. The hosts were very responsive when a few issues surfaced (they were all minor). Check in and check out was a breeze.Sadly our team didn't fare well in pool play, meaning our last game was in the late afternoon. The hosts were able to accommodate a late checkout so we didn't have to spend 4 hours waiting at the field with a group of restless 14 year olds. We ended up winning our final game! If I ever am back in Bend with a large group I'll rent this place again.

Family time for a couple days

We were in town for a couple days of family time. It was probably the best place we have stayed in all our hearts renting vacation spots. It was clean, it is a really large place, but feels homey too. The communication was excellent and they were so accommodating. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. It is as great inside and outside too!

Great House for Family Reunion

It's difficult to find a house that is comfortable for five siblings + spouses. This house was perfect! The large kitchen and table space for 12 people made mealtime easy. All of the bedrooms were large and comfortable. The location made for an easy drive into town, and to various hiking trails.

3 family long weekend getaway

We stayed here with 3 families (6 adults and 7 kids ranging from 10-14 yrs old). We were in town for a concert and a long weekend. Overall, the house worked well for our party and we had a great time. Positives are: it's very spacious and easily accommodated our large party, both inside and out; neighborhood is beautiful and large lots make it very private; location is an easy drive to all that Bend has to offer. Negatives are: home is in need of updates as wear and tear are evident and cleanliness & housekeeping are a real issue. We found public hair in one of the beds and left-behind clothing in a dresser (underwear, socks, t-shirts, etc.). The carpets had some pretty significant stains throughout and it didn't look as though the floor had been mopped (dirt evident along baseboards). The BBQ grill was extremely dirty, inside and out, and caught fire many times from all of the built up grease. With a little work and some owner investments (including a better housekeeping service), this home could be top notch.

Fantastic family stay in Bend

We loved everything about this property - proximity to Bend, outdoor fun space for eating, games and fire pit, beautiful kitchen and living room. The bedrooms and baths were well equipped with comfie beds, plenty of linens and towels. This space is even better than it looks online. We had a wonderful stay.
