Elevator broken. We looked to be sure facility had an elevator due to difficulty carrying luggage up stairs. We also travel with a 12v/120 car cooler. The front desk person let us plug it in behind their desk. We couldn’t carry it upstairs. So our cold food did not spoil. Very accommodating.

The location is decent here and close proximity to most everything. The first issue I had was that the elevator is not working and so I had to carry all my stuff up the stairs. Then the TV was not working and I had a staff member try to help me with it and she acted like she was put out and said I'm sorry there's nothing I can do I'll try to get maintenance. And later I asked if they were able to resolve the problem and she said well maintenance is gone for the day and so it would be tomorrow and I'm like well it would be nice to watch TV. The hot tub was down for a while but they open it back up and it was really nice. The breakfast options were great and the bed was super comfortable. Overall it was a very good experience
