- One side of a cute and cozy cottage style duplex on the west side of Bend. The host lives on one side and rents the other. A short distance to First Street Rapids Park, foot bridge and the river trail. 10 minute walk to downtown Bend with an assortment of restaurants, night life, and activities throughout the year. Convenient access to the parkway for the old mill or the mountain. Interior has a warm and inviting atmosphere with 2 bedrooms and 1.0 baths. Each bedroom has flat screen TV's.
