Nestled in the heart of Sunriver, this seriously charming 3-bedroom+ Loft vacation home offers a tranquil escape for your next getaway. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy living room with lots if comfortable seating and a Fireplace/wood stove, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Or spend the summer afternoons on the large deck outside relaxing in the Sun.
Located at the South end of Sunriver, we are near all the BEST things Sunriver has to offer. SHARC, Village, Lodge, River, Business Park. The bike path is off in the distance of the house, making it convenient to get to without having all the crowds going right by the house. You will enjoy the large deck off the back of the house where deer are often seen in the morning and at dusk in the large open area. we provide 8 unlimited use SHARC passes and 8 cruiser bikes for your use.

Venture outside and explore the nearby Deschutes River, just a short 5-minute walk away. It's also the perfect walk in the morning with a cup of coffee or go for an evening Wine Walk. Spend an afternoon experiencing Sunriver. The house is just 10- minute bike ride to the Lodge, Village and SHARC. For a cultural experience, visit the High Desert Museum, a mere 18-minute drive from your home-away-from-home.

Amenities abound, including free Wi-Fi, 8 unlimited use SHARC passes, 8 cruiser bikes, Game Cube system and games, Large private deck with comfy furniture, gas BBQ, a washing machine and dryer, fireplace, and 2 smart TVs for your entertainment. Unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of Sunriver.

Indulge in the convenience of a fully stocked kitchen, everything you need to entertain! You will not find a kitchen in a rental that is as well stocked as this one.
We provide Coffee Maker, Keurig, Crock Pot, Waffle Iron, Griddle, Rice Cooker, nice knives, pots and pans, serving platters and bowls, dishes, wine glasses and drinking glasses for 12. We even stock plenty of paper towels, plastic wrap, tin foil, olive oil and spices.

The bedrooms all have comfortable beds with nice bedding. There is one bedroom downstairs with a King size bed, large walk in closet and adjoining bathroom. 2 bedrooms upstairs and a large bathroom. One with a Queen size bed and the other has a twin over full bunk bed as well as a separate Full-size bed. The bunk room is perfect for kids or a family. The loft has a leather sofa futon as well as a Smart TV, desk and Game Cube system.

This is a great place for a family trip to Sunriver. Greatly appreciated the recreation passes which we used at the SHARC and Marina. The bicycles were a fun way to get to the Village with a size for everyone. Can't wait to come back in the winter for skiing and the woodstove.

We loved our stay. Comfortable beds. Close to the village. Nice hot tub. Plenty of bikes for a leisurely ride. Well equipped kitchen. Wood burning stove put out lots of heat and ample firewood. We would recommend this home.

Lovely rental house. Well laid out and well stocked. Lots of space for family. Beds were comfortable. Kids loved the SHARC passes of course. We weren't able to open windows as usual in evening due to smoke from nearby wildfires, but plenty of shade so house never got too hot. Great stay!

We were delighted to see that the property was exactly as listed by owner. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Quiet area, hot tub worked great! The house stayed cool during the day. Would definitely stay here when we come again. We would bring our own bikes to use next time as we are used to them. We felt welcomed by all the wonderful amenities provided. A warm, cozy, comfortable place during a cold, snowy, icy, sloppy Christmas week. Unable to use the hot tub due to weather but the unique fireplace was a definite plus. We enjoyed our week stay at this property, which has a very fun and positive vibe. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essential cook and dining ware. The beds and linens were comfortable. There was plenty of room for two couples and two teenage girls, who used the SHARK passes everyday. Everything was in working order (tvs, bbq, hot tub, etc). Sunriver is a wonderful location for a family get-together as there is so much to see and do. As the property description says, there is no air conditioning, so the house gets quite warm on hot days, but it cools off at night - the morning temperature yesterday was 42 degrees! We recommend this VRBO and would choose to stay here again.

It has a very rustic feel and felt homely. The living room was very spacious and we liked that the kitchen was also connected together as we can cook and also carry a conversation. The upstairs was kept very minimal but functional and the balcony in the upstairs, facing towards the living was nice for watching upstairs if the downstairs was occupied. Would like to visit in the winter to see how it would look like.

What a lovely house. It had the feel of a cabin and was very cozy. It was stocked with everything we needed and then some. The beds had to be the best we have had at Sunriver yet! The location was perfect, we have always stayed on the other side of Sunriver and thought that was the best but we were pleasantly surprised at how much we loved this location. We were able to float the river with ease and were close to the Shark and the shopping center. The deck is amazing and perfect for grilling and enjoying the weather. All around we enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent here again.

We enjoyed our vacation so much last year, we just had to come back this year. Our host, Debbie, is very helpful and responsive. The house is in a great location and is suitable for a couple or a family of 8. It is thoughtfully well-stocked with just about everything you would ever need. We especially enjoy the included SHARC passes and bikes. Both the Village (can you say Cookie Monster ice cream at Goody's) and the SHARC are just an enjoyable bike ride away. This family-friendly home is perfect for relaxation and quality time with loved ones. Our only ongoing complaint, time goes to darn fast here!

We had a great time. The house was nice and clean. The rooms were great plenty of room for us and our gear. We were there for a snowboard training camp at Mt. Bachelor, which was about 30 min away very easy beautiful drive. The area is so beautiful. There were cute deer everywhere. We didn't get a chance to take the bikes out but everyone was on the trails riding them to the very near by grocery/resturant plaza. I would recommend this place to anyone and would love to return myself.

Very quiet location on one of the edges of Sunriver, yet easy access by car or bike to the Village. We enjoyed this home for its spacious kitchen, well-stocked supply of household goods, large deck, spacious garage filled with bikes, reliable internet, hot tub, and SHARC passes. Although it does not have air conditioning, the house stayed cool during the day even when it was 90 plus outside. We went in the summer, but I noticed tons of cut wood for the cool looking wood stove and was kind of sad I didn't get to use it.

We've stayed in many VRBOs and I have to say that this one is the best. Huge deck with hammock, tables, BBQ, hot tub for relaxing and hanging with friends; Bikes, Sharc passes, comfy beds, a great south end location - so many great things. Plus, it is completely STOCKED! I've never stayed in a VRBO that has been stocked so well - I don't even have that many dishes, appliances and towels at home! :) The only bummer was that we only stayed 3 nights. Staying longer next time! Thank you for sharing your home with us. We had a blast!

It was delightful. We had a house full and it worked very well for all of us. (ages range was from 4 yrs old to 65) The dining table was constantly filled with food or games! being in an open area for kitchen and living room was perfect for us to gather. We were able to cook up a storm, play in the snow right out the front door, conveniently located in Sunriver, and the hot tub was perfect for the adults at the end of the day. Thank You.

This home was a comfortable fit for us. Our 17 year old grandson was fine with the futon-sleeper sofa in the loft while his sister and mom used the bunk room. My husband and i had the ùpstàirs queen bed, and the downstairs bedroom was occupied by our 80 year old sister. I think the only downside to this home was no air-conditioning. Hower, each room had a portable fan (although one did not work) which was adequate and we opened the windows at night and closed them during the day so the house stayed cool enough. There were plenty of bikes, 8 Sharc passes and a hot tub. When we first arrived there was food in the fridge and freezer which seemed odd. We did not use them and left them there when we left.

First of all, our host Debbie, was kind, responsive and informative. We didn't want for a thing. The house is well-stocked with the basics which was greatly appreciated. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and as described on the website. The house stayed cool during the day even without air conditioning. We enjoyed the hot tub, barbecue grill, bikes, the outdoor seating and the SHARC passes. Both the Village and SHARC were within reasonable bike rides and visited on a daily basis (can you say Cookie Monster ice cream at Goody's?). We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and can without reservation recommend staying here (5 stars). Hopefully we will get the chance to stay here again sometime in the not too distant future. Our only one complaint; the clocks run to darn fast!
