Getaway

Well, the original house that I was supposed to stay in the hot tub was not working so I was moved to another house. However, I was not given the address of the house they had moved me to. Which prevented me from checking in on the date that I was supposed to check in which was Thursday November 9th. So I had to forgo the first night stay of my vacation. Then had to call the office the next morning to get the address for the house. Then drove to the house only to find out that it was not a pet friendly property and I could not stay there. I then had to be moved again. Thankfully it was to the original house I had booked, which I appreciated. However, the inconveniences were very frustrating and the lack of communication as well. I paid to stay for four nights and only got to stay for three. In the end I enjoyed the house and my vacation, but definitely had some frustrating points to it that mainly had to do with the company that manages the properties. The house was great and the indoor hot tub was and added bonus.

Nice place but a bit dated

The indoor hot tub was a selling point but half the jets were not working and it wasn't very hot. The lighting is generally poor and it could use some upgrades. That said, no major complaints and we always enjoy Sunriver regardless of season. Thanks for the visit.

Great family stay

We enjoyed our time at this property. Well stocked kitchen, comfy furniture, very clean. Was thoughtful that they included a kennel for our dog which was even big enough for a large dog!

We enjoy Sunriver for the bike trails.

We discovered from renting this property that we had a difficult time going up and down the stairs due to our arthritic knees; also carrying the luggage, groceries, etc up the stairs caused us to be short-of breath as we are 70+ years-old. Next rental will be one level.

Anniversary Getaway

We enjoyed the property very much. It was comfortable and clean. We chose this particular unit because of the private indoor hot tub right off of the master bedroom. The tub was older but extremely clean and in excellent condition. We would stay here again.

Awesome Staycation

My wife and I really got to relax at this house. Its on the quiet side of Sunriver yet close to shopping. The kitchen is stacked with everything and the beds are comfy! I would give it 5 stars if they updated or fixed the hot tub. No Jets work and only half of the bubbles.

Make sure the hot tub works before you book, otherwise great property!

Hot tub wasn't hot, wasn't able to be fixed while we were there. Pretty disappointing. The rest of the home was fantastic and if the hot tub is fixed we'd happily stay again

Exceeded Expectations

We absolutely loved staying at this place. It was so comfortable and relaxing. This was definitely one of our best and easiest experiences we have had with rentals. One thing that they did not market on the listing was that they do have bikes in the garage.

Comfy Cozy

Enjoyed our stay. The 2 beds were super comfy. Did not use pullout couch. Love the open concept with the kitchen and living room. Conducive to conversation and comfy. Patio furniture ok. Not alot of sun on the deck due to trees. Grill great. Hot tub also fantastic. Excellent location.

Beautiful Home

The home itself was beautiful. It’s definitely older but much of it is very well kept up. The bathrooms are very nice but there is a ledge in the upstairs bathroom floor between the tile and the bedroom carpet that we all jammed our toes on, so be aware! The hot tub was finicky, we couldn’t get the temp above 85 until the second day of messing with it, and we couldn’t get the Jets to work at all, but our daughter still thought it was fun to play in. It’s in a great location but I wouldn’t recommend renting until the house next door is completed. We were unaware that a house is under construction next door, so instead of a relaxing retreat, we were awaken by loud construction and couldn’t really enjoy the gorgeous balcony, as it lasted all day long each day of our stay, starting around 8am and going until about 6:30. All in all we enjoyed the house - it was disappointing to plan a relaxing getaway without the construction being disclosed when we booked (we probably would have rented a different house for our stay had we known) and I would have enjoyed a good soak in a better functioning hot tub after a long trip, but everything else was really nice. Our dog enjoyed his welcome gift, too! That was a very nice touch.

Perfect for our family of 4

Such a fun house for our family of 4 and our pup. The kids loved the hot tub and used it everyday of our stay. The house was clean and had all the necessities we could need. We will be back!
