It has four bedrooms, two kitchens three bathroom (one outside), hot tub, living room, private outdoor patio of 300 meters, private parking, garden, swimming pool 11 x 6 meters. It is a luxury villa, newly built and has capacity for 7 people.
It is located outside the village (2 minutes) without neighborhood and in a quiet area near the Park of the Acorns, 1 km (about 2 minutes) of the golf course and 25 km (30 minutes) to the Beach del Palmar. Located 1 km from Benalup, 6 km from the highway Jerez-Algeciras.
