Villa with spectacular views, a large garden with a private heated swimming pool

A renovated and extended two-storey rustic villa with 4 bedrooms – two with double beds, one with a twin bed and another with a triple bed – along with 2 bathrooms, a living-dining room with a fireplace, a fully fitted kitchen and a reading room.
Outside, the house stands on a plot of over 1,200 m², divided into two levels: the entrance level, where there is a car park and a landscaped area with a lawn, surrounded by cypress and fig trees; and, at the rear, the countryside area with fruit trees. Free Wi-Fi
On the upper level is the house itself, with a terrace at the front and, to one side, another lawned garden area dominated by an olive tree over 300 years old that continues to bear olives every year, along with a central swimming pool for enjoyment in spring and summer.
This is the time of year when the house’s outdoor space is enjoyed to the full, becoming the star attraction for tourists staying at the house. However, the terrace and garden can also be enjoyed on sunny winter days.
What makes this place special is its spaciousness and tranquillity, combined with the superb views of the coast and the sea at Benalmádena.

In the garden, there are mainly lemon trees, from which we can pick lemons for our meals. September is the season for figs, which produce delicious fruit.

During the winter months, the dining room takes centre stage for meals, get-togethers and chats with friends or family.
The swimming pool can be heated from October to May, so you can enjoy a dip or a swim all year round.

We have a Type 2 electric vehicle charging point (7.4 kW – overnight charging), compatible with Tesla Type 2, located in the car park.

Late check-in after 9 pm incurs a surcharge of 35 euros. After midnight, there is a surcharge of 45 euros.
Accommodation prices depend on the number of guests and rooms. If you require all 4 bedrooms, you must book for a minimum of 8 people to be entitled to use all the bedrooms.

The use of a travel cot with bedding incurs a supplement of 40 euros.

Heated pool water is available from October to May, upon request and at an additional cost. This service is not included in the accommodation rate.
