Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Youth groups not permitted.

Très bien situé mais pas bien entretenu

Appartement bien situé, au calme et la vue du balcon est agréable. En revanche attention il faut récupérer les clés à l'agence avant de se rendre à l'appart (pas pratique du tout). Logement pas entretenu (abîmé et les lits et portes grincent beaucoup) et il manque de la vaisselle, des couverts, de quoi étendre le linge (alors qu'il y a un lave linge) etc. Manque de quoi poser nos affaires dans la salle de bain comme l'entrée. Quand on utilise le four et la plaque de cuisson les plombs sautent.
