New flat with luxury furniture for 2-6p, pool access, large terrace, high speed Internet, modern kitchen, dish machine, washing machine, drying tumbler, secure underground parking. The flat is only 15 minutes away from the Malaga airport in the exquisite "Reserva del Higueron" in Benalmadena, a new and a secured area around the Higueron Hotel and the Sport Club. Flat itself is new, luxurious but incredibly comfortable, furnished in a modern Scandinavian style. This apartment has all facilities, with excellent high-tech air conditioning, very high quality furniture, two new bathrooms and a perfectly equipped kitchen. Moroever you have the fastest internet connection, 2 smart TV-sets, a washing machine and dryer, modern and well equiped lounge furniture for the terrace, including even a hammock. The fantastic terrace (almost 100m2 !) offers you comfort, amazing views, privacy: on one side a breathtaking view towards the sea and, on the other side, a quiet perspective to a hill populated with palms.

Guests can enjoy quiet evenings at the huge teak table enjoying the lights of Fuengirola harbour. In the secured garage there is space for two vehicles. Down the hill you can walk to the beach or use the little train. For up-the hill and to better explore the surroundings we advice renting a car.

Restaurants are in 5 min walk distances well as delicious Chiringuitos on the beach in 500 m. For groceries shoppings you can find plenty of places in a 5-10 min drive.

Pros: This is a great spot to get around the southern coast and also out into the surrounding hills and Andalusia. Close to major road networks, close to the train services and close to the airport too. We had days in the hills, the cable car in Benalmadena, beach days, the Picasso museum and other sights in Malaga. We had a great holiday here and was always pleased to have such a nice place to come home to at night. Lots of amenities nearby for food shopping or eating out too. The apartment was clean, tidy and well provisioned. The internet connection was great as well :) Car parking was secure, property secure as well so no worries at all when going out and about for the day. Kids really enjoyed the pool too! Would definitely come back again if holidaying in the area and the property owners were great to work with as well. Highly recommended.

Pros: First of all, guide to reach destination, to get in to garage etc. provided by owner are best what we have seen in Industry in all years we have avoided hotels. Also home appliance instructions were perfect. In garage is space for two vehicles and it’s safe. Big bonus when you can keep e.g. golfbags in car overnight. Flat itself is new, well equipped and furnished with Scandinavian loose style. We find it functional if there is need for two bedrooms. Bedrooms are in the both ends so privacy is secured. Terrace is huge and sunny. Location is perfect between high way and city of Fuengirola. And to end: Never before rental contract has been as prompt and thorough. First expression was safe immediately.

Pros: Het zeer luxe appartement is prima gelegen op een hele mooie locatie. Was er voor acht dagen met mijn ouders. Wij hebben zeer genoten van de omgeving, het uitzicht, de rustige omgeving en de luxe. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ontbrak ons werkelijk aan niets. Een aanrader: je hebt wel een (huur)auto nodig om de zeer prachtige omgeving te verkennen. Buiten het resort is er op 50 meter een supermarkt voor alles wat je nodig hebt. Pluspunt voor de host. Zij heeft ons duidelijk in alle stappen bijgestaan om ons het "thuisgevoel" op vakantie te bezorgen. Al met al een onvergetelijke vakantie gehad en heerlijk genoten. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Pros: Appartement, terras, zwembad, parkeerplek en hele woning van alle gemakken voorzien. Luxe om te verblijven. Zeer vriendelijke hosts en geven je ook tips enzo. Uitvalsbasis ik ook zeer goed. Cons: Helaas was de waterdruk tijdens het douchen niet zo goed. Host gaf aan dat het een tijdelijk probleem is en bood zelfs korting aan. Daarom ook 5 sterren want als dat goed had geweest is het echt 5 sterren waard.

Pros: Het appartement heeft een mooi uitzicht met een geweldig terras, uitstekende wifi en is zeer ruim. De keukenis erg goed uitgerust met moderne apperatuur. Er is een fijn zwembad voor de kinderen, en de gastvrouw is geweldig. Wel is het aan te raden om een auto te huren, omdat het het een steile omgeving is, en de supermarkt is een flink eind wandelen.

Pros: Vi har haft en lækker ferie i yderst lækre omgivelser. Lejer havde gjort alt for, at vi følte os velkomne, og beskrivelser af afhentning af nøgle var helt i top. Vi ankom til en super rengjort lejlighed med den skønneste udsigt ud over poolen og havet i baggrunden - og selvfølgelig den blå himmel og høj sol :) Yderst lækker lejlighed i nyt byggeri. Hyggeligt mini-tog der kører ofte, bragte os til og fra stranden, boligen og handlemuligheder. En super dejlig feriebolig som vi kan anbefale på det varmeste. De bedste hilsner Fam. B. Nielsen

Pros: Wir haben eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung vorgefunden und einen tollen Urlaub in Benalmadena verbracht. Ruhige Terasse mit Blick aufs Meer und viel Grün. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Mit dem Eqiupment der Küche hätte man auch ein Menü für 10 Personen bereiten können. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden. Die Möblierung der Terasse war ebenfalls gediegen und umfassend. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Dank an Xandra und Walter .....

Pros: We decided to book on a very short notice, enjoyed an excellent week in the sun of Costa del Sol and were very happy to find that the flat, its location, and the friendly welcoming of the owner exceeded all our expectations. The flat is (only!) 15 minutes away from the Malaga airport in the exquisite "Reserva del Higueron", a new and a secured area around the five stars Higueron Hotel and the Sport Club. Flat itself is new, luxurious but incredibly comfortable, furnished in a modern Scandinavian style. This apartment has all facilities of a real five stars home, with excellent high-tech air conditioning, very high quality furniture, two new bathrooms and a perfectly equipped kitchen. Moroever you have the speedest internet connection, 2 smart TV-sets, a washing machine and dryer, modern and well equiped lounge furniture for the terrace, including even a hammock. We loved this fantastic terrace (100m2 !) which offers you comfort, amazing views, privacy: on one side a breathtaking view towards the sea and, on the other side, a quiet perspective to a hill populated with palms. The renovated lagune pool is very pleasent, from the terrace you have a direct look to the pool, but you have your privacy and quieteness while relaxing. We very much enjoyed the quiet evenings on the huge teak table enjoying the lights of Fuengirola harbour. In the secured garage there is space for two vehicles. Down the hill you can walk to the beach or use the little train. For up-the hill and to better explore the surroundings we advice renting a car. What this excellent flat offers, exceeds by far the price we paid for an exquisite area, a luxurious apartment, and the relaxing quiet evenings with sea and nature around us.
