Beautiful modern apartment completely independent within a villa with a private garden. Amazing views of the mountains in a private and quite urbanization, with a pool and attractive gardens. Very close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and local transport. it is well located with all essential amenities close by: supermarkets, restaurants and bars. There is a bus stop with 500 metres of the apartment and the train station is a 15 minute walk away. Activities for the family include: Tivoli world, Crocodile Park, Cable Car, Sea Life, Aquapark and numerous golf courses. The Marina is bustling with life all year around and a range of boat trips are always on offer.

Schönes Apartment mit Pool ruhig mit Supermarkt in der Nähe. Leider ca 40 min zu Fuß zum Strand. Würde wieder herkommen.

Absolutely fantastic!

15 minute walk from Lidl, and local pubs/restaurants and about 45 minute walk from the beach. Share the pool with one other apartment in the complex but that was fine by us. Couldn't have had a better experience! Will definitely be booking again!

Na een rondreis door spanje was dit een ideale plek om weer helemaal tot rust te komen. Met de auto ben je binnen enkele minuten in het drukke centrum van Benalmadena en andere toeristische plekken in omgeving. Alex en zijn gezin zijn super vriendelijk en staan altijd voor je klaar. Appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Zwembad is ruim genoeg in een rustige omgeving, echter is deze niet helemaal prive. Je deelt het met mede huurders die in het appartement er naast zitten. Voor ons was dit geen probleem.

Lovely Studio Apartment

Had a really lovely time here - weather exceptional for 2nd week in Oct. Apartment very nicely situated, giving full sun all day with terrace & garden furniture to relax on. Although only a studio, it was plenty big enough for my needs & with the family upstairs away at work all day I had the beautiful pool all to myself. The bus stop is very close & there’s a Mercadona less than 1 mile away so you can either walk there to pick up bits & pieces or do a big shop for a few euro taxi ride home. Alex was actually away at my time of booking, so I didn’t actually meet him, but he was able to answer all my queries over the phone & made me feel that I would be well looked after in the apartment once I arrived. Lots to do in the surrounding areas, so all in all - an excellent place to stay - Jeannie Kynaston

Fantastisch verblijf in een zeer smaakvol ingericht appartement

Wij verbleven enkele dagen in Benalmadena in het zeer smaakvol ingerichte appartement. Zeer gastvrij ontvangen door de eigenaren (engels en spaans sprekend) en ook hun huisdieren kwamen ons af en toe begroeten. Het appartement is uitermate geschikt voor twee volwassenen met eventueel twee kinderen. Gelegen in een rustige omgeving, maar op redelijke afstand van restaurants en supermarkt. Gaan er zeker nog een keer terugkomen.
