"Just got home and have mixed reviews...... I went with 6 friends for my birthday, staying at different hotels but all similar prices. I was very disappointed in the room, it was small, dated, on the first floor and my balcony view was an old garage and alleyway. Much worse than all my friends rooms and i was upset, spoke to the staff, who were very helpful and they said they'd move me next day, as it happens when the next day came i agreed to stay in the original room. The staff were great and gave me a complimentary bottle of wine so my review is mixed, for the room I'd say at best 2 stars, the staff however were great, and very helpful I'd give them 5 stars so all in all 4bstars is probably fair."

"Communication was fantastic but I don’t even need to communicate while there as I found all I needed and expected. Though I did struggle to use the keypad to my room at 0200am and had a mini panic until I got the knack of it. The apartment was clean and tidy but a few lights didn’t work (this wasn’t a necessity for me & no time to report it). Espresso maker good but I’d have preferred a kettle. Location quiet, but easy walk to nearest (20 mins) as the Mercadona that’s 2 mins away isn’t open at weekends. Pool not busy and had sun most of the day in October."

"Fantastic stay, we arrived about 8:30pm the reception was closed but we didn't have to wait long at all (we wasn't aware of this but it was fine). We're were greeted by a really friendly funny gentleman who was very efficient and helpful. Really nice guy. Location perfect lots around and even for short walks perfect for what we were looking for beach bars and food places etc. Hotel and facilities great nice touch to have a dishwasher and washer dryer in the kitchen and had a little care pack sponges washing up liquid dishwasher tablets enough to get you started and had shower gel and shampoo in the shower complimentary. Overall I would stay again great value for money."
