This apartment is located in the Benal Beach complex with 1 bedroom and impressive views of the sea, Bil Bil castle, and Santa Ana beach. From its large terrace, there is a magnificent panoramic view of the sea where you can enjoy the sun all day long thanks to its southwest orientation.

It features a fully equipped kitchen, a large complete bathroom with shower, an independent bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room, television with international channels, WiFi, swimming pools, and a restaurant.

SWIMMING POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will alternate between the large pool (non-heated) and the siren pool (heated to 23°).

Pool and slide opening hours may vary depending on the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, so we cannot accept claims for this reason or for pool closures.

PARKING: Parking space subject to availability.
