"Review We had a very disappointing experience. After booking, we were informed that we would be staying at a completely different apartment in another location. After complaining, we were told we could stay at Benal Beach as originally planned. However, just two days before departure, we were informed that Benal Beach was fully booked, and we were assigned another apartment. The new apartment was much farther from the beach, located on a hill, which made it difficult for us to access....
