"The property is stunning, especially close to sunrise. There are different types of pretty birds. The inside is just as lovely as well. Clean and fancy. Kind of high tech but got the hang of it. The owner was helpful too."

"The Farmhouse was located within a half hour drive of all streams in Erie. As well as the Mike's creeks in Northeast Pa. Perfect place for our trip. Clean and well kept house."

"I initially booked this stay for just the solar eclipse. What I ended up with was a relaxing vacation. Not only was the property exactly like the listing, but Lyle and Nancy were the greatest hosts anyone could've asked for. They gave us awesome recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Before I knew it our weekend was filled with more activities than I had expected or anticipated. The property itself is gorgeous. They lovingly restored the beautiful historic farmhouse. "The house was perfect for our family. We had 3 adults fro Florida, 2 adults from Iowa, and 3 adults Ana a 7 year old grandson. The 4 bedrooms were laid out perfectly for us. The whole house was great and a dining table to sit 8+ for a meal. Kitchen was very equipped and met all our needs. The patio was also very nice. The only negative was the fishing was not good for the days we were here. This was our third trip here and hope to return next year."

"We were pleased with the unit and the location. The only drawback was the gazebo had rusted scaffolding stored around it that took away any thoughts of enjoying it in the evening. That’s why we only gave the online listing three stars instead of five."
