"Well was nervous booking, but we actually loved our couple of days stay. When booking in got a slight upgrade from two singles sea view to a family seaview(double and a single). The price we payed is what we usually pay at a Travelodge, to have a room with a lovely sea view in a magnificent building was great value. Second night after a lovely meal at an Italian restaurant nearby we returned to the hotel for a few drinks , we then went thru to the ballroom and watched an ABBA tribute act again adding to the amazing value. As you can guess we enjoyed our stay, and we will hopefully return sometime next year. "

"10/10 - The Plough is an amazing pub/tavern and hotel! Room was plush, cozy and well appointed. Beds and pillows were comfy! Food was yummy, beer was good and people were incredible. Easy to park!"

"Fantastic stay, been here one night before and enjoyed so booked for a two night stay. Great place to stay, clean, comfortable and good service. Breakfast is included with room price and good selection and nice. Definitely will be staying again when in area."

"We stayed for our wedding anniversary, was a lovely place. The breakfast was excellent, the atmosphere was laid back and you felt you could take your time, staff kept you refilled with tea and coffee. Nice to have toast and cereal while you waited for the freshly cooked breakfast. Local sourced ingredients absolutely delicious. The hotel is in a quiet area, we were outside until after closing and it was so quiet and calm just what you need when you get away. All the staff were friendly and couldn't do anymore for you. Thank you! "

"Perfect location next to the pub which does fantastic food. Very high end cottage in both style & comfort, very clean too & having a courtyard for the dogs was great as we could sit outside with them. Would definitely stay again. "

"Being at the very top of the cliff's makes this property suitable for those who don't mind a walk back up from the beach but maybe not as suitable if you have difficulty with mobility "

"Hotel was perfect location. Yes the walks were hilly but managable. Room was clean comfy beds very spacious. Only think is the heat in the room. Fan barly does anything. Overall we had a fantastic 2 night stay. Used the spa facilities. "
