This hotel was such a fun experience. The room itself and overall facility were very clean. Staying so close to the lake and downtown Bemidji was also a treat. I will be returning here for any future stays!

There was plenty to do. We were right around the corner from the Science center, which is a big hit with my granddaughter. There were also plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. We were there during Christmas so we had a great view of the lights at Paul Bunyan park

Hello, 4th street lofts. My girlfriend and I were visiting from the San Francisco Bay Area in California to visit family. We stayed in downtown Minneapolis and then drove to Bemidji. The 3.5 hour drive was beautiful and a little scary considering how conservative the signs on the road were. Us being from a place with a lot of queer/lgbtq people and rights it was somewhat nerve-wracking to drive through a place that didn't feel welcoming, so when we arrived in Bemidji we were relived to see some rainbow flags and other queer people. We got into our hotel room and breathed sighs of relief! The room was beautiful, comfortable and a great use of space! The bed was cozy and we loved the brick wall. The game room was a wonderful surprise and if we had stayed a little longer we would have put it to good use. Loved the industrial modern decorations like the lights and pipe toilet paper holder. Thanks for the warm and cozy place to stay.

It was a wonderful, self-service place in a great location. Clean, contemporary, and well maintained with several food and drink locations within easy walking distance. This will be on my list of places to stay when I visit Bemidji from here forward.

Great place. Clean. Quiet. Easy to use. Perfect location next to downtown restaurants and bars. And the restaurant in the building is great too, with great staff. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful!! You can hear the music upstairs, and the floor is cold (its currently -6) but otherwise this is great. We will definitely be back, love the common space and having a restaurant down the hall. Great food!

Parking was fine - location is great. The restaurant in the building was excellent. The only thing we didn't like was the noise. The rooms were renovated and are very nice - but there was no sound-proofing added and being there was an event on the floor above us - it was very inconvenient. Also - the "family room" was reserved as the "Green Room" for the participants in the event being held so we were kicked out. Other than that - the stay was very nice.

We really enjoyed this hotel-alternative, loft-style stay. The location is walkable to the lake, restaurants and shopping. It's in the same space as a bar/restaurant (the Blue Oyster) and an event center, but where the rooms are located is very private and quiet. The only potential noise is from the event center space above the rooms, but when we were there the current event was cleared out by 9:00. Check in was easy as it was all via an app and you are given a code to the general space and your room. Parking is nearby and convenient and room was clean and spacious.

Modern Apartment in Bemidji

Cute modern studio accessed by code sent via email. Very clean and nice. Adjacent to the Blue Oyster Lounge and restaurant where we had a most excellent meal. Bed was uncomfortable.
