"From booking to arriving, the owners were super helpful, giving us loads of information before we arrived, and answering all of our questions. The property itself was perfect for us, we were 5 in total, ages ranging from 75 to 13! Plenty of space both indoors and out and everything we could think of was provided! The local shop was a real gem as well and literally around the corner. Would absolutely recommend this property"

"Mosset is a highly picturesque hill town in the Pyrenees and the house is very well located with stunning views of mount Canigo and the valley. The house is cute and quaint with quite good facilities but is let down a little bit by flaking stone floors and somewhat rough finish. But a unique location and friendly helpful hosts"

"La maison était sale , nous avons dû laver tous les sols et surfaces et enlever les tapis , tout est vieux voire cassé. Pas de draps ni serviettes fournis, la literie passable, les canapés inconfortables et recouverts de housses pour cacher la misère .Seuls deux feux sur quatre fonctionnaient à peu près."

"Overall the house is ok but the window shutters could do with a way to keep them open and not blowing shut. The lighting in the lounge and kitchen could be brighter as the house is dark. Great central location for walking and sightseeing."

"The gite was a beautiful historic building that has been modernized inside with all the comforts one could ask for. Our hosts were warm and welcoming… even their dog! The gardens were an absolute delight. I highly recommend visiting if you love the countryside."

"This old stone cottage in a small village is a gem; comfortable, well furnished, and in a beautiful area. Local information from Marc and a greeting and orientation from Alain were both excellent. We ventured in a different direction each day and particularly enjoyed Mirepoix and its restaurants and Monday market. Special thanks to Alain."

"La maison a de beaux volumes, très bien située dans un petit village au calme. Belle piscine bien entretenue. Mais il n’y a qu’un petit drap de bain prévu par personne pour tout votre séjour ( nous sommes restés 2 semaines.) Ce n’est vraiment pas assez, comment on fait avec la piscine et la douche ? Pas de coussin de chaises le long de la piscine, comment on fait avec ces petites serviettes pour ne pas se brûler contre le plastique des chaises? Il y a un éclairage au pourtour et dans la piscine...

"Nice house, well equipped, very clean and with a large veranda and lovely pool. The children loved Sylvie's pets. Sylvie herself was always on hand to help out with various difficulties, - we needed a garage, for instance and she suggested a local firm. The countryside around Routier is gentle hills with the Pyrenees in the distance. There is lots to do and see and we would have happily stayed for another week had this been possible."

"Having really enjoyed a week's stay last year, it was great to extend that to a fortnight in 2023. Superbly appointed property with a terrace that commands one of the best views in France. Perfect again in every way and I hope to return again in 2024. Ayant vraiment apprécié le séjour d'une semaine l'année dernière, c'était formidable de prolonger cela à quinze jours en 2023. Propriété superbement aménagée avec une terrasse qui offre l'une des meilleures vues de France. Parfait à nouveau à tous...

We did not expect to have to ask about linrn, which may no udually be supplied, but coming from far away one certainly doesn't do so with linen.. The wifi in the house is goid, but Internet connectivity is reall flakey and slow. This is soen to the communications company, nor the owner. "Just be ready" to not depend on "

"Een ruim huis, goed uitgeruste keuken. Grote terras met zwembad heeft een prachtig wijds uitzicht. Kinderen vermaken zich hier prima met tafeltennistafel, voetbaltafel en zwembad. Ook is er een kast vol spelletjes. In de omgeving is zeer veel te bezichtigen en te doen. Vanuit het huis kun je heerlijk wandelen en fietsen. Eigenaren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, weten veel over de omgeving te vertellen. Mooi plekje waar je helemaal tot rust komt!"

"Not a great experience. They never replied to my emails asking about facilities. Confirmation and T&C's only sent to me on day of arrival. It only took 5 hours for someone to give us a key to get in. Oh and don't forget to take your own cups and glasses to make up for what's missing. It's a great shame as if some effort was made it would be a great base for a cheap getaway. "

"We were 3 generations, visiting family that live in Quillan, and we had a really lovely time here. The house really a family home that you are staying in, so really felt like a home from home as does have everything you could need, which included all you could want in the kitchen and so many toys and games that our 18 month old grandaughter did not stop for 10 days.
