Communicating with the stuff was challenging as they are not on site, there were long waits to collect the keys. The room is nice and cozy but smelled as it has been closed for a while. It says there’s breakfast included but there isn’t. Kitchenware needs to be refreshed. "

"This hotel is so lovely. It was quiet. Set back from the road, it’s hard to see at first how gorgeous the hotel entrance is. The gardens are beautifully tended and you’ll not hear much more than bird song and the occasional yip from a fox. This is rural Italy at its best. We were charmed by the friendly staff - Stefano was exceptionally helpful. The dining experience was true to Le Marche. Our room was beyond comfortable, with thoughtful items like bedroom slippers and all sorts of toiletries....

"Séjour agréable , moi qui suis originaire de Pergola j’ai apprécié mon séjour surtout dans un village qui est entrain de décliner . Courageux ce couple qui a restauré ce vieux moulin . Seul petit problème au début , difficilement visible de la route même pour qui connait et le navigateur n’ai d’aucune aide ."
