Such as dishes, a bed and a treat. After all, they are paying a surcharge for items that you are going to charge us for anyways if they mess up.The disclaimer that we sign covers everything short of burning the hotel down. Better you should monitor and charge the humans who regard your property as an ashtray and feel free to leave butts everywhere. "
