Spacious house on the edge of the Peak District

A large Spacious property built in 1840 for the Station master of Midland Railway, the house is well equipped for large parties.

Our house enjoys views over the Derwent Valley and has a private rear terrace perfect for outdoor dining with the inbuilt BBQ and outdoor seating.

It makes a fine base to explore the peak district and is located a stones throw away from Ambergate train station making travel by train really easy.

Had a great stay at Lisa’s place. Excellent common spaces and rear terrace, well equipped kitchen, lovely bedrooms (except the 3 x single room felt a bit cramped - best for smaller children rather than adults or near adults). Terrific value for money 👍
